Super Mai Hydropower Limited has announced that it will close its share register (book closure) on February 25th for the purpose of holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and distributing dividends. Therefore, today is the last day to secure eligibility for the dividend.

Shareholders who have completed share transactions on NEPSE and remain recorded as shareholders by today will be eligible to participate in the company’s AGM and receive the proposed dividend.

The company has convened its 11th Annual General Meeting on March 1st at 10:00 AM at Lisara Receptions Pvt. Ltd., Naxal.

The meeting will pass a special resolution to distribute a 20 percent bonus share of the existing paid-up capital and a 1.11 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Additionally, the agenda includes proposals to issue 100 percent right shares, authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association, approve the appointment of nominated directors to vacant board positions, and appoint an auditor, among other items, according to the company.
