China to Add 55-65 GW of Solar Power Capacity in 2021

On July 22, the China Photovoltaic Industry Association (CPIA) stated that in the second half of the year, vigorously developing clean energy has become a global consensus, and the global energy transition is the general trend.

China's solar industry predicts that in 2021, the average annual new installed capacity of global photovoltaics will be 150-170GW, China's new capacity will be 55-65GW in 2021, and China's average annual new capacity will be 70-90GW during the 14th Five-Year Plan.
